These Terms ("Terms") cover how you can use RaveFAM — the crew and festival tracker operated by us (RaveFAM), based in Florida, USA. By creating an account or scanning that QR code, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Questions? Hit us at bump@myravefam.com.
⚠️ RaveFAM is currently in BETA. The service is provided as-is during this early phase. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. While we take care with your data, we cannot guarantee data will not be lost during the BETA period. We'll always do our best to notify you of significant changes.
By accessing or using RaveFAM at myravefam.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use RaveFAM. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
RaveFAM allows crew leaders to add unclaimed member profiles on behalf of people who haven't yet signed up — for example, to track who's coming to an event before they join the platform. By adding someone as an unclaimed member, you take responsibility for ensuring you have a genuine relationship with that person and that adding them is appropriate. If someone wants their unclaimed profile removed, we will action that promptly — they can email bump@myravefam.com.
You agree to use RaveFAM only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards at our sole discretion. If you see content or behavior that violates these standards, you can report it directly from the app (🚩); our moderators review reports and may take action, including content removal or account suspension.
RaveFAM allows you to create and share content such as crew names, festival entries, photos, How We Met stories, Dream Board wishlist entries, private notes, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant RaveFAM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and use your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit. We do not endorse or verify User Content.
All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on RaveFAM — excluding User Content — are the property of RaveFAM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of RaveFAM without our express written permission.
RaveFAM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data of third parties, including other users, festivals, or external services linked from RaveFAM.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaveFAM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of RaveFAM shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
RaveFAM is free to use. You may choose to support us with an optional donation or tip through Ko-fi. Any such donations are voluntary, are processed by Ko-fi under their own terms, and are non-refundable. They are not required to access any current feature of the service.
You may request permanent deletion of your profile at any time by emailing bump@myravefam.com — see our Privacy Policy for how that's handled. We are working on a self-serve account deletion option — once available, that will be noted here.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to RaveFAM at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of RaveFAM after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
